Five things worth having handy

You do not need every detail. Even rough answers help us work out what your pet's journey may involve.

Your pet

Species, breed, rough age and weight.

Pickup and destination

Where your pet is travelling from and where they are going. Postcodes are useful if you have them.

Your travel date

The date you are hoping for. An approximate date is fine.

Flat faced breed?

Tell us if your dog is flat faced, or brachycephalic. Breeds such as pugs, bulldogs and boxers can have different airline restrictions.

Anything already booked

Tell us what is already arranged, including anything that has changed or gone wrong.

Travelling into Europe?

If you already have an Animal Health Certificate, have the date it was signed handy. If you do not have one yet, that is completely normal and it is part of what we can help you sort out.

When we missed our chance to pick up our rental car in Dover due to unexpected delays at the border, he generously offered to drive us all the way to our final destination in London. They transported my cat, Melba, from Paris to Hertford after we flew from Vienna, and the whole experience was handled with professionalism from start to finish.
Before the journey, Sonny was incredibly responsive and patient, answering my many questions about the paperwork and reviewing my documents in advance, which gave me a lot of reassurance. As a first-time pet importer to the UK, that support meant a great deal.

On the day of travel, Atif was kind, calm and professional throughout the journey. He clearly cared about the animals he transports and made sure everything at the UK border was handled smoothly. Melba and I both passed through the pet checks without any issues.

Travelling is naturally stressful for a cat, and Melba certainly let us know she would have preferred to stay at home! 😊 However, throughout the journey I always felt she was in safe hands, and having the possibility to travel with her was invaluable to me.

I started off using their dog walking service and then also used there pet travel where sonny dropped my dog off to Nottingham from London.
